The Kerala Lottery Education Board is a strictly educational and academic platform. We offer courses, webinars, and training materials detailing the mathematical, legal, and operational mechanics of state lotteries, lottery business models, licensing frameworks, and customer management.
Disclaimer: We do NOT sell lottery tickets, host lottery draws, facilitate gambling, or offer betting platforms. Our services are entirely instructional in nature.
To register for our courses, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
All fees are collected in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). Upon successful payment, enrollment confirmation will be issued via email.
All course materials, text, graphics, videos, code, and logos are the intellectual property of Kerala Lottery Education Board. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for educational purposes only. You may not distribute, modify, or resell any content.
Our educational program is designed to build foundational understanding. We do not guarantee business profits, successful procurement of government licenses, or specific commercial outcomes. Any business choices or applications of this knowledge are made solely at the customer's discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
