At Kerala Lottery Education Board, customer satisfaction is highly valued. We strive to provide excellent educational courses on the lottery system and lottery business operations. If you are not fully satisfied with your course purchase, we have a transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel your course registration at any time. To cancel, please submit a written request via email to support@keralalotteryboard.edu.in before the commencement of the course or within 7 days of purchase. Once cancelled, your credentials will be deactivated, and your refund will be processed.

To request a refund, please send an email with your payment details (transaction ID, registration email, and mobile number) to support@keralalotteryboard.edu.in. No refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the transaction date.
Upon receiving your refund request, our finance team will verify the payment transaction. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account/card within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank clearance timelines.
