Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Kerala Lottery Education Board provides entirely digital education, lessons, and training resources. Since all our courses and services are online, there are no physical products to ship, and physical delivery is not required.

1. Mode of Delivery

All training, video masterclasses, curriculum handouts, and webinars are delivered electronically. Upon a successful enrollment transaction:

• You will receive an automated payment receipt and booking confirmation email.
• You will receive your unique course credentials, student portal credentials, and direct links to study guides on your registered email address.

2. Delivery Timeline

Under ordinary network conditions, digital delivery is completed immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) after payment. In cases of server latency, network delays, or system maintenance, credentials will be sent within 24 hours of transaction confirmation.

3. Shipping Fees

Since the delivery is digital and sent via email/accessed via portal, there are zero (₹0) shipping or delivery charges associated with any of our courses.

4. Action in Case of Non-Receipt

If you have successfully completed your payment and have not received your enrollment access credentials within 24 hours, please check your email spam/junk folders first. If they are not present, get in touch with us immediately:
